Course Premise
Odu Ara means the body becomes the living expression of Odu.
Each Odu is trained as a posture, breath pattern, movement principle, spiritual discipline, and divination reflection.
The student does not only study Odu. The student learns to stand inside the meaning of Odu.
The body becomes a divination tray. The breath becomes the offering. The posture becomes the Odu.
The movement becomes the prayer.

1. Opening
Ground the body, acknowledge Ori, ancestors, and divine wisdom.
2. Odu Meaning
Study the meaning of the Odu and speak its posture name aloud.
3. Body Posture
Enter the posture slowly with breath, alignment, and awareness.
4. Movement Drill
Allow the posture to become stepping, turning, guarding, releasing, or opening.
5. Breath Pattern
Inhale to receive, pause to listen, exhale to express, return to center.
6. Divination Reflection
Ask: What is this Odu teaching my body today?
7. Journal
Record physical sensation, emotional response, spiritual insight, and life application.
8. Closing
Close with the affirmation and return to stillness.

Odu Ara: The 16 Sacred Body Postures teaches that divination is not only read with the eyes or interpreted with the mind.
It can also be embodied through posture, breath, discipline, movement, and sacred reflection.
The initiate learns to stand in Odu, move through Odu, breathe with Odu, and live as a conscious vessel of divine alignment.
